Voz Bruta is an artist management company built on the belief that lasting careers don’t happen by accident – they’re designed with intention.
I partner with artists to help build strong foundations for sustainable careers and create the structure that allows their artistry to thrive without compromising what makes them unique. Decisions are guided by strategy, purpose, and a commitment to amplifying the qualities that set each artist apart.
From branding and career strategy to touring, partnerships, and industry relationships, I approach management like architecture: every piece has a purpose, every move supports the bigger vision, and every step is made with longevity in mind.
Voz bruta (vohz BROO-tah) In Portuguese means "RAW VOICE"
"Bruta" is also a nod to my appreciation for Brutalist architecture - a design philosophy defined by raw materials, bold geometric forms & the belief that function leads form.
ABOUT ME
I've spent more than a decade building and running award-winning businesses, including one that has immersed me in the music industry for the past seven years, working alongside record labels, Grammy-nominated, internationally touring artists, and their management teams.
Those partnerships gave me the opportunity to work behind the scenes supporting planning, business decisions, and long-term career development while gaining firsthand insight into what it takes to build a sustainable career in music.
While I have a deep appreciation for the creative process, I've always been drawn to the strategy behind it - the planning, organization, and decision-making that turn ideas into sustainable businesses.
I enjoy thinking several steps ahead, whether it's developing a long-term vision or creating the roadmap to reach the next milestone.

artist management:
I work closely with artists to navigate the business side of their careers, from long-term planning and release strategy to contract guidance and new business opportunities. My role is to help make smart, intentional decisions that support their vision, protect what they’re building, and create the foundation for a career that grows with them.
I work alongside artists to plan their next release, map out a tour, strengthen their brand, and find new opportunities to grow. I help connect the moving pieces behind the scenes, making sure everyone is working toward the same vision, so artists can stay focused on creating while I help build a career that's intentional, sustainable, and true to who they are.
Consultations:
Some artists don't need a full-time manager yet, they just need the right guidance at the right time. Through consulting, I help artists evaluate where they are, identify what's next, and build a plan to get there. From career audits and LLC formation to goal setting and brand development, each session is tailored to their needs.
Some benefit from quarterly strategy sessions, while others need a more collaborative rhythm. During key moments, like developing an album release strategy, we may meet bi-weekly to plan out a successful release.
